HECKLER OF THE MONTH

A heckler interrupted Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice while she was testifying at the Defense Budget Hearing. The heckler chanted the following phrase several times: �How many of you have children in the illegal and immoral war? How many of you have children in this illegal and immoral war?� and told the room �the blood is on your hands� before he was escorted out.
