yup.
franz kafka was deeply ashamed of his body, which he considered disgracefully skinny and weak, it was not until he was 28 years old that he felt able to appear in public swimming pools without embarrassment
this sounds like Erik, my ex-lover...he is the same way about his body.
i have had body issues through out my life, i still think my wrists and forearms are skinny and ugly
